ShortAd AI provides AI-assisted generation of video advertisements and images from text prompts, images and URLs you supply. Output is produced by third-party AI models and may vary in quality. Generations are provided on an "as is" basis and are not guaranteed to be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single user unless you are on a team plan. You must provide a valid email address and complete email verification (or sign in with Google/Facebook) to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Video and image generations consume credits, billed per second of generated video or per image, at the rates shown at the time of generation. Purchased plan credits and one-time top-up credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law. Prices may change with notice on the pricing page.

You retain ownership of the materials you upload. Subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers, you own the videos and images you generate and may use them commercially. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to any product images, brand assets, trademarks and likenesses you upload.

You may not use ShortAd AI to generate advertisements for illegal products or services; to impersonate real people without consent; to create misleading, defamatory or deceptive claims presented as fact; to infringe intellectual property; to produce sexual, hateful or violent content; or to attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, models and pricing may change, and third-party model availability is outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppLooma LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
