Refund Policy

If a video or image generation fails for a technical reason on our side or the AI provider's side, the credits for that generation are automatically returned to your account. You are never charged credits for a generation that did not produce a result.

Because generation incurs real, immediate third-party AI costs the moment you generate, purchased credits and subscription plan credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. Credits from one-time top-up packs do not expire, so unused credits remain available in your account.

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged in error, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will investigate and refund any verified duplicate or erroneous charge to your original payment method.

If you believe your account or payment method was used without your authorization, email [email protected] immediately so we can secure your account and review the transaction.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your registered email and the approximate date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within 3 business days and, where a refund is approved, to process it within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country.
