Account details you provide (email address, name), authentication data from Google or Facebook if you use social sign-in, the prompts, images and product URLs you submit for generation, the videos and images you generate, credit and payment records (card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number), one-time email verification codes, and basic technical logs (IP address, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.

To create your videos and images by passing your inputs to the AI model you select, to maintain your generation library and account, to bill and track credits accurately, to send transactional emails such as verification codes, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve the reliability and quality of the service.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not use your uploaded images, prompts or generated content to train our own AI models. We do not send you marketing spam.

To deliver the service we share the minimum necessary data with: the AI model provider you choose (Google, ByteDance/BytePlus, or Alibaba Cloud) to generate your video; Cloudflare R2 for media storage and Cloudflare for content delivery and security; Stripe for payment processing; Resend for sending verification emails; and Firebase (Google) for optional Google/Facebook sign-in. Each processes data under its own security and privacy terms.

We use essential local storage to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your generations and uploads remain in your account until you delete them. You can request full account deletion by emailing [email protected]; we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain for accounting or compliance.

All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Databases are access-controlled, run on private networking, and are backed up in encrypted form. Every administrative action on a user account is recorded in an audit log.

ShortAd AI is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
